2.  Consumers can deliver questions and opinions to SinoVoice by sending email to: support@sinovoice.com.cn ;

3.  Consumers can deliver questions and opinions to SinoVoice by sending fax to: +86-10-82825830;

4.  Consumers can telephone the consumer service staff of SinoVoice to inquire about SinoVoice's products. The telephone number is +86-10-62972997/98、82825657、82825652、82825683;

5.  Consumers can deliver questions and opinions to SinoVoice by sending letter to:Room206,GreatRoad Building,zhongguancun Software Park,Shangdi,Haidian district,Beijing 100094,P.R China;

1.  The above-mentioned services are all offered free of charge by SinoVoice. Whereas, consumers should charge for their own equipments necessary for enjoying these services (such as computers and telephones, etc.) and relevant fees (such as web access fees, telephone fees, postage, etc.).

2.  SinoVoice is responsible only for the products and services provided by itself. Regarding internet, telephone network, mailing and other communication carriers, SinoVoice does not guarantee their sound operation at any time or at any where, and is not responsible for any results due to their faults.
